Returns & Exchanges
Our policy and process for returns and exchanges.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you can return items for an exchange or store credit within 48 hours of the delivery date.
1. Contact Us: Email us at support@sirdamehood.co.ke with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging.
3. Send it Back: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide you with the return address upon request.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your request.
For exchanges, we will dispatch the new item. If there is a price difference, we will arrange for payment or partial refund.
For store credit, we will issue you a digital gift card equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item, which you can use for future purchases.
We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
